Every decision we make is weighed against one question: will this still feel right in twenty years? We’re not chasing trends. We’re building the house you’ll never want to leave.
Most builders optimize for square footage and curb appeal. We optimize for the morning routine — the way light moves through your kitchen at 7am, whether the mudroom actually catches mud, whether the master bath feels like a retreat or an afterthought.
It starts with a conversation — not a sales pitch. We want to understand how you live before we start talking about what you’ll build.
How We Work →From lot to keys — we manage the full build process. You come with a vision (or just a lifestyle), and we translate that into a home designed around you.
Start a Conversation →Love the location, not the layout? We rework existing homes with the same care as a ground-up build — no band-aid solutions, no shortcuts.
Start a Conversation →Every doorway, every threshold, every transition is designed to disappear. You shouldn't feel the structure — you should just feel at home.
The cabinet that doesn't quite close. The light switch in the wrong place. We eliminate the small irritants that accumulate into regret.
Drainage, flashing, waterproofing — unglamorous and non-negotiable. We do it right so you never think about it again.
Davin Anthony has spent his career on job sites — framing, finishing, and eventually running builds of his own. He started Anthony Build because he kept noticing how much of a home’s quality is decided in the details no one photographs.
He still walks every job. Every week.
The Full Story →No commitment, no pitch. Just a conversation about what you’re trying to build and whether we’re the right fit.
