First Conversation

We start by listening.

No portfolio deck, no sales pitch. We want to understand how you live, what frustrates you about spaces you've been in, and what you're actually hoping to build — even if you can't articulate it yet. This call is free, and there's no obligation to continue.

Design & Preconstruction

Getting it right on paper.

We work closely with architects and designers to translate your vision into a buildable plan. We review every detail before a single shovel goes in — because changes on paper cost nothing; changes mid-build cost everything.

The Build

Consistent, accountable, present.

Davin walks every job, every week. You get regular updates with photos and progress notes — not radio silence until the punch list. Our subcontractors are vetted, long-term partners, not the cheapest available option.

Living with it on paper firstThe Differentiator

The step most builders skip.

Before we break ground, we ask you to walk through the home on paper — imagining your morning routine, how guests will move through spaces, where the light lands at 4pm in January. Most clients catch two or three things they want to change. That's the point.

Walkthrough & Keys

A real walkthrough, not a formality.

Before you take possession, we walk every room together. Every system gets demonstrated. Every quirk gets explained. You shouldn't discover anything about your home after move-in that we could have told you before.

Warranty & Beyond

We don't disappear.

We stand behind our work with a one-year workmanship warranty and a genuine open-door policy after that. Most of our clients refer us to their friends — that only happens if we earn it.
